Creative Commons a mis au point des licences pour le partage d'oeuvres sur internet (exemple de licence). Je trouve cette initiative très intéressante, surtout parce que les licences sont visibles et compréhensibles, alors que les TOU sont parfois un peu difficiles à lire. Sans compter que tout le monde ne comprend pas l'anglais !
Je voudrais essayer de mettre au point un projet équivalent, mais adapté au scrap. Tout le monde est le bienvenu pour m'aider à lister les conditions possibles à utiliser pour ce maxi-TOU.
Jusqu'à présent, voici les besoins que j'ai identifiés. Evidemment, il faudra à chaque fois préciser si ce point doit être appliqué ou non.

• créditer l'auteur
• usage personnel
• création (gratuite) de pages pour d'autres personnes ou des associations à but non lucratif
• création rémunérée de pages pour d'autres personnes (scrap for hire/scrap for others)
• création de produits dérivés (cartes, calendriers...) en freebies
• création de produits dérivés (cartes, calendriers, etc) mis à la vente
• utilisation telle quelle dans des kits distribués en freebies
• utilisation telle quelle dans des kits mis à la vente
• utilisation retravaillée (couleurs, etc.) dans des kits en freebies
• utilisation retravaillée (couleurs, etc.) dans des kits mis en vente

Creative Commons has developped a set of licences for people sharing their work on the internet (example of licence). I really like this idea, especially because the licences are clear and understandable. The TOUs can be hard to read, and, well, not everybody in the world understand english!
I'd really like to put something together to simplify the TOUs in the world of digiscrapping. First of all, I'm trying to gather every option available in the TOUs. The objective, of course, is to say, in a clear way, if these options are permitted or not.
Here are the points I've gathered so far. Please, do leave me a message if you think of something I missed!

• credit the author
• personal use
• free creation of LO for people, associations or non-profit agents
• scrap for hire: creating LO for other, for money
• creation of derivated products (cards, quickpages, calendars...) distributed as freebies
• creation of derivated products (cards, quickpages, calendars...) for sale
• re-use of parts of the work, without modification, in freebies
• re-use of parts of the work, without modification, in kits for sale
• re-use of parts of the work, with modification, in freebies
• re-use of parts of the work, with modification, in kits for sale (I believe it's the traditionnal "commercial use")

Il y a un peu moins d'un an, mon mari a fait un voyage d'affaires en Chine. Il a rapporté pour les filles des petites tenues qu'elles ont adoré. Je les avais déjà scrappées, mais revoici la page dans la version pour l'album photo.
